Hi, I placed an order about 7 hours ago, and then the next page showed that the order had been declined.

I live in Korea now, and I put the shipping address to my cousin's house who is in America. I followed the instruction shown on the scren. I called the bank and they said that they  approved the payment and HP would be able to continue prcessing the order. The company has not placed shipping yet, so I called at 888-445-0112 many times to make sure that the payment was made and that I did not miss the cyber monday deal! ... They never answered, telling me just to hold on.

What should I do at this point? Can I still get my spectre?

Hi,

 

This is the reason why. Please ask your cousin to order for you. The system will check your IP address and it konws you do not live in the US.

This is the reason why. Please ask your cousin to order for you. The system will check your IP address and it konws you do not live in the US.
