I placed an order and paid on July 2nd. Ever since then, any time I try to use the Order Status page I keep getting a message that says "We could not find your order based on the information provided. Please check and try again." I was both billed and received the email giving me the order number. I would like to know what's going on and if there are any problems with my order.
