Anyone pls help , i have made my payment for power adapter on the website , but in order tracking status it shows order is cancelled , due to payment not recieved , whats the problem , but i paid money and i recieved a mail saying transaction successful but there is also a mail saying order cancelled due to not done payment , what should i do. i tried contacting hp support but no response from the other side , no call , not even message after i tried contacting on whatsapp, i chwcked both mail have same purchase id , transaction id , what to do , pls tell me
