I ordered a laptop and controller on June 22nd and so far I received the controller but my laptop hasn't shipped yet and looking at the update it says it's in queue.  I then tried to get order help but when I type in my order number it says an error has occurred looking up my account.

Here’s what you can do:

🛠️ Steps to Troubleshoot HP Order Status Issues

1. Double-Check Your Account Info

  • Make sure you're signed in with the same email address used to place the order.
  • If you used guest checkout, try using the order number and email combo on the HP Order Status page.

2. Clear Browser Cache or Try a Different Browser

  • Sometimes the error is just a browser hiccup.
  • Try accessing the order page using Incognito mode or a different browser.

3. Use HP’s Track My Order Tool

  • You can go directly to the Track My Order page and enter your order number and email.
  • If it still throws an error, it may be a temporary system issue.

4. Contact HP Support

  • If the online tools aren’t working, reach out via HP’s Contact Support page.
  • You can try phone support—they’ll be able to look up your order manually and escalate if needed.
