Hi all,
I ordered a laptop for cyber monday back in Nov and got an estimated delivery date of Dec 22nd. The order page said that estimated shipping date is Dec 16th though order assembly, according to the page, has not even started. I am worried it might not come on time as I will be away for Christmas and will be leaving on Dec 23rd. It seems that I can't change my shipping address to my other address either. I have tried to contact the customer support through chat but the link does not seem to work. How do I get around this issue?

I have brought your issue to the attention of an appropriate team within HP. They will likely request information from you in order to look up your case details or product serial number. Please look for a private message from an identified HP contact. Additionally, keep in mind not to publicly post personal information (serial numbers and case details).
