Product: HP spectre x360 16
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

I placed an order a few days ago which said it would be shipped within 2 days but now the delivery estimate is for next week but the order is still processing. Is it normal to still processing at this point and if so why is it processing?

Is it a CTO machine ? if

 

  • Yes, normally you have to wait up to 2 months
  • No, normally machine would be shipped in 3 working days.

The tracking process may not always right.

I'm not sure what a cto machine is but like it's just one on the website. I haven't customised it or anything. It's a hp spectre x360 16
