Ordered a new charger for my laptop several weeks ago and the order status says it still has not been shipped. I have not been charged for it either despite the order being in the system. I check my order status frequently but it never changes from being processed. It said the charger was in stock when I was ordering. So what could be the problem?
Found a post from another buyer here just like this and their problem was marked as solved. However, the post provided no information of what seemed to be the problem or what to do. Seems only posting this here might help.
Can someone help me, please? Or at least say if it is possible to cancel my order at this point?

Hi, thank you for the answer!
The support team helped me with the issue. I contacted them through the e-mail provided in my order receipt. I did not notice it at first, my bad.
However, it was impossible for me to find help through the link of hp contacts provided here. I couldn't find any relevant e-mail to contact about my spare parts order. Thought it's worth mentioning.
