Meanwhile, I also guess that the NVIDIA firmware is part of the system firmware of the notebook. However, I have nowhere found any information about this fact. Otherwise, GPU_Z reports "BIOS reading is not supported" for both graphic chips.
Beyond that, the UEFI checkbox is checked for the one chip and unchecked for the other (see also screenshot below) where only the same statement for both devices could be true.
