HP Pavilion 15-bc504tx

Hi, I have a 4 years old laptop model no. HP Pavilion 15-bc504tx.

My original battery (TE04XL) runs upto 3 years without any problem. However, original charger (135W) was replaced with an OEM charger (150W). I didn't face any problem related to charger.

However, I changed my original HP battery with a HP OEM battery (TE04XL). Within 3 months the battery started bulging, I complained and replaced it with another HP OEM battery and today I noticed the bulging in the battery in approx. 3 months

Now the question is as follows:

1. What kind of battery should I go for, so that it lasts at least one year? OEM, HP support battery or third party ? None of them provides replacement if battery bulges.
2. What am I doing wrong ? For the original battery I never care about how much I charge, the battery lasted 3 years. However, with OEM battery I was more conscious on not to do any overcharging, it lasted 3 months.
