Hello, I have an AMD-A8 7410 2.2 ghz processor, the official website of the laptop says that overlocking up to 2.5 ghz is possible. Also, the RAM should work at 1600 mhz, but the CPUID shows that it works at 800 mhz (Initially there were 2 strips for 4 and 8 GB, now only 8). How can I overclock these components, i tried the amd overdrive program, but it gives an error: "AMD overdrive failed to start", tring to find something in the BIOS, but there is no overclocking tab.

On the memory DDR3-1600 actually runs at 800 mhz but counts as 1600 due to double data rate...processor draws data from the RAM twice on every clock cycle. So nothing to overclock there. Overclocking a laptop processor is very foolish to do and rarely works in any event.

Not sure what you have in there now. Generally you can have a single storage drive in there. This is the applicable Service Manual.
Point me to what you are asking about and I will see if I can help if you also tell me what you want to try to do.
