Hello

 

I can't find 15s 3003fs model. Can you be more specific? There should be a p/n printed on the bottom of laptop. Alternatively, use use HP System Information by pressing Fn+ESC to show an information window.

 

How does the overheating manifest itself? Does the computer turn off suddenly, do you get an error message?
