Hi @Aks67

Welcome to the HP Support Community.

Thank you for posting your query.

The HP Spectre Folio Convertible 13 overheating near the speaker grille and power button could be caused by processor heat, background applications, power-management settings, or a cooling-system issue. Since there has been no hardware change and the laptop is running Windows 11, it is important to determine whether this is normal heat from nearby components or an actual overheating problem

The HP Spectre Folio Convertible 13 supports Windows 10, and HP does not list Windows 11 drivers for this model on its official driver page.

Since the laptop is running Windows 11, some drivers or power-management features may not be fully supported, potentially contributing to increased heat. However, this cannot be confirmed as the cause without further diagnosis.

I recommend checking CPU usage and temperatures and running HP PC Hardware Diagnostics to determine whether the issue is related to processor activity or the cooling system. You can also refer to HP's official troubleshooting guide for reducing heat inside your laptop.

Take care and have an amazing day!

I'm an HP Employee.
