Overheating over gpu 88celsius

Hi my laptop is overheating I noticed that when I installed HP gaming hub I noticed that my GPU on standby will go without opening any app or any any anything on desk top it overheat up to 88 Celsius my GPU are overheat or up to 88 Celsius and my CPU  over heats  up to 80, 82 Celsius and I want to know what is the problem and I want to know the suggested thermal paste by HP and what is the normal temperature for CPU and GPU because when I play full guys I noticed that my friend gains 60 FPS and my laptop gain about 30 35 fps so  I said that it is a thermal  paste so I want to know the recommended thermal paste by Hp because I found many many products like cooler Master a lot what is the recommended by HP

My device is hp 15 da2004ne

Cpu:intel core i7 10510u

Gpu:nvidia Mx130

Hdd 2 tb

16gb ddr4 ram (stock)

And I want to know another something I want to know what is the normal temperature of the GPU and CPU on without playing without playing on standby on desktop and how much is a temperature on playing fall guys on the lowest settings with 60fps

And I found a battery today because my battery is ruined I found the battery that i want to know it was genuine or not but my battery seems  not like it it have HP logo it has the label on the top right it has the replacement HP spare parts when I scan the QR code on it it's it's a number is not the same on the CTnumber thank you and I want all the above please because my laptop is over heating and I WANT TO KNOW the normal temperature

I suggest uninstalling the HP gaming hub. 

Your laptop is not a Pavilion gaming notebook or an Omen laptop.

HP dos not make recommendations for thermal paste.

In manufactured laptops, HP uses thermal pads.

The Tjunction for the processor is 100c maximum.

The battery is likely to be the cause of the low FPS if you are using a discrete GPU

It would read the correct temperatures or not for my laptop it said 88 for the GPU and 82 on CPU is that number is correct or no it should be correct or no so I'm un installing for what for the optimization or that the wrong temperature

But if I didn't find the thermal pad should I put what from the thermal paste I I can't find a thermal pads in my country Egypt so I can find easily the thermal paste and if I found the thermal pad the it is good for the CPU and GPU than the thermal paste in temperature or no

Ok but when i play on it I play on charger

 And my battery is bad but I remove it and it works like pc when I play on charger It would be good

And how 100celsius is good for laptop

My laptop gpu is 88c without using any thing on desktop

It is quite difficult to understand what you are saying. You made one long sentence with no punctuation.

As long as the temperature is less than 90C it is OK.

If the temperature near100C, the processor will sense the overheat condition and  will shut itself off.

I use Arctic Silver Ceramique 2.

Make sure you clean all of the old thermal pad off and use 99% Isopropyl alcohol to clean the top of the processor and then mating surface of the CPU cooler.

Okay but why HP recommends thermal pads and some people they said that thermal pad temperature is way higher and I want to know that normal temperature before the device that the laptop make thermal throttling and the frame rate decreases because my laptop plays on 30 frame FPS while my friendplays on 60 FPS and I put    the cable why is a battery affect on it I play on the cable on there AC adapter

And I asked my friends say that 90  Celsius is very bad I didnt say the temperature that makes the device shut down I say that the temperature that makes thermal throttling or make an effect so my questions that  number one the temperature that make thermal throttling on the GPU number two why should I use thermal pads than thermal paste what is the pros and cones and I play on the AC adapter while my battery is damaged so when I remove the battery and put it on the cable use it like PC it would affect on the game on the fps

Okay I understand you say okay I didn't want anything except I want to ask about that my friend has the same laptop he plays for guys on 60 fPS and mine play on 19, 20 FPS okay and he is the same temperature I discovered that because my laptop I put it on a desk so it doesn't take air so II want to ask that if that Windows has an issue or something it affect on fps of game and I get a green screen and game perhaps don't open may open and may not when it opens I play on 20 FPS and lag I know that lag is because the Internet is bad so can iget the f low frame rate is because THE  BAD IMAGE windows or no I have windows 11 pro but has an issue a Windows support says that I should change the image and i would change it but it can make it the frame rate lower than normal and I use the Google voice typing so I talk and it writes automatic

Have you considered using a laptop stand or using PC compressed air in a can to clean the intake and exhaust ports?

If your buddy has the same laptop and he is experiencing no problems, perhaps you should compare the two.

Perhaps that is something that you allow to load on startup that is eating up your processor cycles
