My hp pavilion 15t Gaming laptop CPU is idling at 90 degrees Celsius and I've have tried everything including cleaning fans and updating drivers please help. 

Specs- 1050 paired with Ryzen 5 3550H

May I know if you have made any recent changes to your system?

Is it happening while using any particular application or while playing any game?
