Salve, da qualche giorno il mio pc HP 15ay007 nc funziona solo se collegato alla alimentazione elettrica.

Ho scollegato e ricollegato batteria e oggi ho provato anche con una batteria nuova e carica. Nulla da fare. Se scollevo cavo alimentazione il pc si spegne. Se provo solo con la batteria non si accende. Se collevo il cavo la luce di alimentazione si accende ma la batteria non carica. Cosa posso fare?

specifico anche  che ho provato già a soffiare il connettore della batteria e controllare le lamelle. Nessun danno. Se collego la batteria mi dò uno stato di carica al 79% ma non va avanti. Però, anche se carica, non alimenta il pc perchè se scollego aliemntazione il pc si spegne subito. Avete un aiuto da darmi?
