PC portable vers imprimante

Bonjour. Suite au passage de Windows 8.1 à Windows 10, je ne peux plus imprimer depuis mon PC portable HP Pavilion 17 Notebook vers mon Imprimante tout-en-un HP Officejet 5740. Pourtant avant cela fonctionnait correctement. J'ai essayé tous les conseils trouvés sur le net et diverses choses, etc., mais rien n'y fait. Je peux numériser et envoyer sur mon PC, mais quand je veux imprimer: impossible. Je ne veux pas revenir en 8.1 juste pour pouvoir imprimer! Si vous avez une solution, je vous remercie par avance.

We work in English here but let me ask how you were connected to the printer? Direct usb cable or by wireless or other network connection?

Bonjour,

Afin de pallier cet incident, veuillez suivre la procédure suivante:
1. Désinstaller le logiciel d'impression :

1. Débranchez le câble USB à l'arrière de l'imprimante, si nécessaire.
2. Sur le clavier, appuyez simultanément sur le drapeau Windows et sur la touche R. La fenêtre Exécuter s'ouvre.
3. Tapez appwiz.cpl, puis appuyez sur Entrée. La fenêtre Programmes et fonctionnalités s'ouvre.
4. Cliquez avec le bouton droit de la souris sur le Logiciel de base HP OfficeJet 5740 series, puis sur Désinstaller et Oui.
   

   Remarque : Si le processus de désinstallation du logiciel ne démarre pas ou si une erreur s'affiche lors de la désinstallation, téléchargez le document Corriger les problèmes qui empêchent l'installation ou la suppression de programmes sur le site web de Microsoft, puis essayez à nouveau de désinstaller.

5. Suivez les instructions à l'écran pour terminer la désinstallation de l'imprimante.
6. Redémarrez l'ordinateur.

2. Lancez l'éditeur de registre :

1. Sur le clavier, appuyez simultanément sur le drapeau Windows et sur la touche R. La fenêtre Exécuter s'ouvre.
2. Tapez regedit, et appuyez sur Entrée. L'éditeur de registre s'ouvre.
3. Développez HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE, puis SOFTWARE, cliquez avec le bouton droit de la souris sur Hewlett-Packard et Supprimer. (Si le PC est de marque HP, développez Hewlett-Packard et supprimez Digital Imaging)

3. Supprimez le dossier HP OfficeJet 5740 series dans le chemin :

• C:\Programmes\HP
• C:\Program Files (x86)\HP

4. Renommez le dossier 3 en 3_old dans le chemin d'accès ci-dessous (un redémarrage peut être nécessaire) :

• C:\Windows\System32\spool\drivers\x64.
• C:\Windows\System32\spool\drivers\W32X86.

REMARQUE : Si le dossier refuse cette action, procédez comme suit :

• Sur le clavier, appuyez simultanément sur les touches Windows et X.
• Cliquez sur Invite de commandes (admin), et sur Oui.
• Tapez net stop spooler, puis appuyez sur Entrée.
• Renommez le fichier.
• Tapez net start spooler, puis appuyez sur Entrée.

5. Lancer une nouvelle installation de l'imprimante avec les Logiciels et pilotes complets pour imprimante tout-en-un HP OfficeJet 5740 series.

In order to palliate this incident, please follow the following procedure:
1. Uninstall printing software:

1. Unplug the USB cable at the back of the printer, if necessary.
2. On the keyboard, simultaneously tap the Windows flag and the R key. The Run window opens.
3. Type appwiz.cpl, then OK. The Programs and Features window opens.
4. Click the right mouse button on HP OfficeJet 5740 series Basic Software, then Uninstall and Yes.

   Note: If the software uninstall process does not start or an error displays while uninstalling, download Fix problems that block programs from being installed or removed from the Microsoft website, and then try uninstalling again.

5. Follow the instructions on the screen to complete the uninstall of the printer.
6. Restart the computer.

2. Launch the registry editor:

1. On the keyboard, simultaneously tap the Windows flag and the R key. The Run window opens.
2. Type regedit, then OK. The registry editor opens.
3. Develop HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE, then SOFTWARE, click with the right mouse button on Hewlett-Packard and Delete. (If the PC is HP-branded, develop Hewlett-Packard and remove Digital Imaging)

3. Delete the HP OfficeJet 5740 series folder in the way:

• C: \Program Files\HP
• C:\Program Files (x86)\HP

4. Rename folder 3 in 3_old in the path below (a restart may be required):

• C:\Windows\System32\spool\drivers\x64.
• C:\Windows\System32\spool\drivers\W32X86.

NOTE: If the file refuses this action do as follows:

• On the keyboard, tap the Windows and X keys simultaneously.
• Click Command prompt (admin), and then Yes.
• Type net stop spooler, then press Enter.
• Rename the file.
• Type net start spooler, then press Enter.

5. Launch a new the printer installation with the Full Software and Drivers for HP OfficeJet 5740 series All-in-One Printer.

I'm sorry, excuse me. I do not speak English, (I am a grandma: I would do with Google translation).
When everything worked fine under Windows 8.1, I was connected by Wi-Fi. I buy this material for that. I following the advice given here to the letter, but it still doesn't work in the PC -> printer direction. In the opposite direction, I can scan to my PC. Is it possible that a service at startup prevents printing? I set the print spooler to automatic. I only use this PC to print over Wi-Fi and play World Of Warcraft. So I put a lot of startup services in manual or disabled. Thank you for taking the time to help me.

Comme solution, je vous propose d'utiliser un pilote d'impression générique, afin d'éliminer tout conflit lié au système d'exploitation Windows 8.1.

Essayez la solution suivante :

1. Téléchargez puis exécutez:
   
   • Ce pilote si la version Windows est en 64 bits.
   • Ce pilote si la version Windows est en 32 bits.
2. Lancez l'installation, puis cochez l'option Connecter l'imprimante plus tard.
3. Sur le clavier, appuyez simultanément sur le logo Windows et sur R. La fenêtre Exécuter s'ouvre.
4. Tapez control printers, puis appuyez sur Entrée. La fenêtre Périphériques et imprimantes s'ouvre.
5. Cliquez sur Ajouter une imprimante. La fenêtre Ajouter une imprimante s'ouvre.
6. Cliquez sur L'imprimante souhaitée n'est pas répertoriée.
7. Sélectionnez Ajouter une imprimante locale ou réseau avec des paramètres manuels, et cliquez sur Suivant.
8. Cliquez sur Utiliser un port existant.
9. Cliquez sur la liste déroulante Utiliser un port existant et sélectionnez LPT1 : (port d'imprimante), puis cliquez sur Suivant.
10. Sous Fabricant dans la fenêtre Installer le pilote d'imprimante, cliquez sur HP.
11. Sous Imprimantes, sélectionnez la HP Photosmart 5520 series, puis cliquez sur Suivant.
12. Suivez les instructions pour terminer l'installation.
13. Dans la fenêtre Périphériques et imprimantes, cliquez avec le bouton droit de la souris sur la HP Photosmart 5520 series, puis cliquez sur Supprimer le périphérique.
14. Dans la fenêtre Périphériques et imprimantes, cliquez avec le bouton droit de la souris sur le nom de l'imprimante HP OfficeJet 5740 series, puis cliquez sur Propriétés de l'imprimante.
15. Cliquez sur l'onglet Avancé, et dans la liste déroulante des pilotes, sélectionnez la HP Photosmart 5520 series, puis cliquez sur Appliquer.
16. Cliquez sur l'onglet Général, et dans le champ Nom de l'imprimante, tapez HP Officejet 5740 series, puis cliquez sur OK.
17. Essayez d'imprimer.

As a solution, I suggest that you use a generic print driver, in order to eliminate any conflict related to the Windows 8.1 operating system.

Try the following solution:

1. Download and then run:
   
   • This driver if the Windows version is 64-bit.
   • This driver if the Windows version is 32-bit.
2. Start the installation and then check the option Connect the printer later.
3. On the keyboard, simultaneously press the Windows logo and R. The Run window opens.
4. Type control printers, then press Enter. The Devices and Printers window opens.
5. Click Add a printer. The Add a Printer window opens.
6. Click The desired printer is not displayed.
7. Click Add a local printer.
8. Click Use an existing port.
9. Click the Use an existing port drop-down list and select LPT1: (Printer Port), then click Next.
10. Under Manufacturer in the Install Printer Driver window, click HP.
11. Under Printers, select HP Photosmart 5520 series, and then click Next.
12. Follow the instructions to complete the installation.
13. In the Devices and Printers window, right-click the HP Photosmart 5520 series, and then click Remove Device.
14. In the Devices and Printers window, right-click the HP OfficeJet 5740 series printer name, and then click Printer Properties.
15. Click the Advanced tab, and from the driver drop-down list, select HP Photosmart 5520 series, and then click Apply.
16. Click the General tab, and in the Printer name field, type HP OfficeJet 5740 series, and then click OK.
17. Try to print.
