Hi! I have a problem with my PC automatically restarting when I try to wake it up from Sleep Mode. All my drivers are updated and the HP PC Hardware Scan and troubleshooting detect no problems.I already tried turning off the hybrid sleep option and the fast start option, but it did nothing unfortunately. What could solve my problem? I also have the system32 cmd.exe box popping up at random moments, and I don't know why or if it could be tied to my problem with the sleep mode. Any ideas? Thank you in advance!

Welcome to the HP Support Community! I'd like to help!
I see you are experiencing issues with the HP Pavilion Notebook automatically restarting when I try to wake it up from Sleep Mode. As you have already tried updating drivers, changing the settings and still has the same issue.
I have a few recommendations
- Update your HP Notebook to the latest BIOS from HP.COM.
- Make sure the Windows and HP support assistant updates are up to date.
If issue persist then restore the computer back to the factory default using Reset PC, which will isolate whether it’s a software or hardware issue.
Hope this helps! Keep me posted.
