My HP laptop was working just fine like always, but today when I turned it on I received "The boot Device not found" message, and then when I pressed F2 for system diagnostics and ran the hard drive check, it said "No hard Drive installed"
I tried all the web instructions, F10 for boot options, nothing seems to work.

Your hard drive has either become disconnected (very unlikely) or has electrically died so it does not register with the system. Either way the laptop needs to be opened and serviced. We cannot help further without the model number of the laptop.

That last post is not the model it identifies the wireless card. This youtube shows what is inside the laptop:

The M.2 port is off to the right of the battery. We need the specific model to know which storage your laptop was equipped with from the factory.
