I have reinstalled Windows 10 PRO N about 5 days ego and I notice that "PCI Device" under "Other devices" has a "!" mark. I do not know how to solver this problem as uninstalling the driver and restarting did not help. Also it seems that my CPU temperatures have gone up about 10C and I have no idea why. Also "Media Feature pack" doesn't seem to exist anymore.

Hi:
You need this driver for the PCI device...
This package contains the driver that enables the Realtek Card Reader in supported notebook models that are running a supported operating system. The card reader enables users to read from or write to supported removable storage cards, which are typically used in digital cameras, digital music players, and cellular phones.

Please post the hardware ID's for the other devices that need drivers and I will post the links to the drivers you need.
Use this guide for how to find the hardware ID for a device...

I would only be able to help you with the drivers question.

The driver does not work. The driver is not supported on this OS version ( 10.0.19042).
Here are the ID's:PCI\VEN_10EC&DEV_522A&SUBSYS_84F7103C&REV_01
PCI\VEN_10EC&DEV_522A&SUBSYS_84F7103C
PCI\VEN_10EC&DEV_522A&CC_FF0000
PCI\VEN_10EC&DEV_522A&CC_FF00

Then the only other suggestion I can offer would be to use the SD card reader driver directly from Realtek.
Download, unzip and run the setup application from the first driver listed at the link below...
If that doesn't work either, manually install the 1st driver I posted as follows...
Go to the device manager. Click on the PCI device needing the driver.
Click on the driver tab. Click on Update driver.
Select the 'Browse my computer for driver software option, and browse to the driver folder that was created when you ran the file.
If you did not delete the file, that folder will be located in C:\SWSetup\sp97022.
Make sure the Include Subfolders box is checked, and see if the driver installs that way.
