You're very welcome.
Since I don't work for or represent HP, unfortunately I would not be able to help you any further.
You can contact the HP Executive Team at the link below and if I were you, I would be more professional when communicating with them than you were to me in your last reply.

While I realize you were not directing your comments to me personally, nonetheless it is discourteous of a stranger to write to another stranger using profanity, and goes against the forum rules of participation, which I encourage you to read carefully.

I completely agree with your sentiments about the notebook not having a fan. I just believe that you should express your thoughts in a professional manner in a public forum, where folks are supposed to be friendly with each other.
That is my opinion.

Hi
Thanks for your reply.
After much consultation and testing, it seems the problem is with the motherboard.
Utterly ridiculous that solving the problem of USB ports not sending data is by replacing the
whole motherboard !!
This leads me to a series of complaints.
HP WHY do you sell laptops without a fan ??
DO you think they will not overheat ? Wrong, this one overheated. And why did it overheat ?
Because it didn't have a f***ing fan.
HP if you must be so F***ing stupid as to sell a laptop without a fan. Make sure the person buying knows that it
does not have a fan. Put a sticker on the laptop saying that this product has a heat disspator instead of a fan.
I would be grateful if you could give me your opinion and other email addresses to which I can raise this issue.
Thanks
Extranjero
