I have recently had to wipe and re-install windows 10 due to administrator issues from doing windows updates.
Since then I have a hardware issue, one driver won't update/install and I can't find a driver anywhere.
It says unknown device - properties show it as a PCI Express Root Complex??
No drivers installed (Code 28)
Can anyone help?

You're very welcome.
See if this driver works that I have zipped up and attached below.
Manually install the driver as follows...
Download and unzip the file to its folder.
Do not do anything with the files in the folder.
Go to the device manager, and click on the PNP0A08 device needing the driver.
Click on the driver tab. Click on Update Driver.
Select the Browse my computer for driver software option, and browse to the driver folder you unzipped.
Make sure the Include Subfolders box is checked and see if the driver installs that way.
Then restart the PC.

Hi:
Please post the hardware ID for the device that needs the driver, and I will post the link to the driver you need for it.
Use this guide for how to find the hardware ID for a device...
