Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hello! I've just swapped hard drives from an old laptop (HP Pavilion 15) to a new one with very similar spec. The install went off fine and the system is running with no issues. 

 

However, there is a small issue with PCI Simple Communication Controller as the driver is missing and Windows is unable to locate the driver automatically.

 

The driver ID is PCI\VEN_8086&DEV_9C3A&SUBSYS_2163103C&REV_04 and I can't find it anywhere on the internet to download. 

Any help? What does this device relate to and how can I update it with the correct driver?
