You're very welcome.
Here is the link to the driver you need for the 1C22 device. Restart the PC after installing the driver.
This package contains the Intel Chipset Installation Utility and Driver for supported notebook models and operating systems. This utility enables the operating system to show the correct name for the installed Intel hardware in the Microsoft Windows Device Manager.

Hi:
You need this driver for that device, which has nothing to do with the bluetooth not working.
This package contains the driver that enables the Realtek Card Reader in supported notebook models that are running a supported operating system. The card reader enables users to read from or write to supported removable storage cards, which are typically used in digital cameras, digital music players, and cellular phones.

What model wifi adapter does your notebook have?
That determines what bluetooth driver you need to install.
If you don't know, go to the device manager, click to expand the network adapters device manager category, and there you will find the name and model number of the wireless network adapter.

Hi:
Did you install the required bluetooth driver for the model wifi adapter your notebook comes with?
That is why I asked you what the model of your notebook's wifi adapter is.
If you did, then the only suggestion I can offer would be to see if the info from Microsoft at the link below resolves the problem.
