Hello everyone.
A few months ago, I dealt with a malware on my computer. Ever since the problem was resolved by the technician, I have been unable to connect my second monitor, but most importantly, the PCI is unavailable. I think this might be related. Any chance you could assist me in solving the issue with the PCI? I am using Windows 11 home edition.
Thank you.

I believe the following is your system
What do you mean by "the PCI is unavailable" ?
Looking here the only reference to PCI is the disk drive
Removing malware usually means that a compromised software module .was removed. The technician should have replaced the module with the correct one.
Please run SFC /SCANNOW from the administrator command prompt to ensure that all your windows modules are in place and accounted for
