Hi, is it possible to upgrade the notebook above to M.2 SSD NVMe?
I found the socket under the cover of my notebook and I bought one SSD module, but when I installed it the computer won't start. After removing the M.2 SSD computer works again. I even don't know what PCIe version the notebook has, please help!
SSD what I bought is a 4th generation module, but theoretically PCIe devices and ports are backwards compatible, so it couldn't be a problem.
SSD modul I installed is: Silicon Power UD85 250GB

Unfortunately, you are right. User manual for your model (page 3) indicates only M.2 SATA SSD is supported.
