The hard drive on my HP Laptop 15-da0xxx was replaced under warranty. I now have an error notification from Intel Rapid Storage Technology that the PCie SSD is offline. When I attempt to clear metadata, I receive the following error message: 0xA0060024 An unknown error occurred while an operation was in progress. The operation could not be completed. How do I resolve this?

@AlleyOopOK Welcome to HP Community!
I understand that the PCie SSD Offline.
Have you attempted to update the Intel storage devices and the BIOS?
While you respond to that, here's what you need to know:
Enter safe mode: https://hp.care/2nsERQM
-
Restart your PC. When you get to the sign-in screen, hold the Shift key down while you select Power > Restart.
-
After your PC restarts to the Choose an option screen, select Troubleshoot > Advanced options > Startup Settings > Restart.
-
After your PC restarts, you'll see a list of options > select 5 or F5 for Safe Mode with Networking.
iastorUI error = Intel Matrix Storage Manager driver - See System/Motherboard Maker and the chipset maker.
This driver could have been driven to a fault by other programs such as Symantec/Norton.
Check the Intel Downloads in case you don't find the drivers on the official HP website: https://hp.care/2INLVBo

Intel Matrix Storage Manager - be sure to check for DATE and set for version of Windows and chipset
