When I PRESS THE n KEY IT TURNS ON CAPS LOCK. PressinG THE SHIFT key is the onLY WAY TO TURN IS OFF!,,,,,,same with the B KEY

Step 2: Update Keyboard Drivers
- Open Device Manager (Press Windows + X, then select Device Manager).
- Expand Keyboards, right-click your keyboard, and select Update Driver.
- Choose Search automatically for updated driver software.
Step 3: Test with an External Keyboard
- Connect a USB or Bluetooth keyboard to your laptop.
- Check if the issue persists—if not, the built-in keyboard may need repair or replacement.
Step 4: Perform a Hard Reset
- Turn off the laptop and unplug it from the power source.
- Hold down the Power button for 15 seconds.
- Restart the laptop and test the keyboard again.
Step 5: Check for Physical Damage
- Inspect the N and B keys for any stuck debris or physical damage.
- Try gently cleaning around the keys with compressed air.

Google the probLEM. tHERE ARE OTHERS WITH EXACTLY THE SAME PROBLEM. This is what my typinG LOOKS LIKE, EVERYTIME I TYPE AN N CAPS LOCK OPENS. ITS STOPS IF I use shift key like when i JUST TYPED A CaPiITAL I
The probLEM IS INHERENT IN YOUR PRODUCTS. ALL YOUR 5 POINTS HAVE BEEN INVESTIGATED. Im in THE PHILIPPINES AND GET THE DEER IN THE HEAD LIGHTS STARE WHEN I BROUGHT IT BACK. SHAME ON YOU HP!
