Its specs

         https://support.hp.com/za-en/product/hp-pavilion-11-h000-x2-pc/5423361/document/c04042253

It has 4 GB DDR3L (on board) and 64GB of eMMC. Both RAM and Storage are soldered to the System board that means they are not up gradable .

Regards.

Maybe you're right with RAM, but SSD is replaceable and isnt soldered.

Well, normally "eMMC storage is mostly found in phones, as well as compact, budget laptops or tablets. The "embedded" part of the name comes from the fact that the storage is usually soldered directly onto the device's motherboard. eMMC storage consists of NAND flash memory — the same stuff you'll find in USB thumb drives, SD cards, and solid-state drives (SSD) — which doesn't require power to retain data"

I can't see your image but if it was not soldered to the system board that could be a bonus. Please try

You did not read its specs did you. Come on, you have to read and understand what is eMMC, what is SSD first.
