Good morning, I recently bought a Victus 15.6 laptop. It works very well without being connected to the charger. But when I plug it in, the fan starts making a soft noise. And when I open a heavy program or game, it starts to whistle, it's a slight but annoying whistling sound. Is this an update issue? Or should I take the laptop for inspection? Does anyone else experience this? Thanks.

When connected to power the CPU normally increases its speed and causes more heat and makes the fans faster. I can recommend is to update the BIOS check on the support page if you have BIOS updates.

Good evening, I completed all the updates suggested by the system. I was wondering if this is a common issue with similar devices or if it's just a problem with mine. Please, is there a link that can help me check the BIOS updates? Thank you.

This is normal behavior, of course, I don't know what you see when you use your laptop, but I can't monitor for example the temperature, I don't know what it is for example.
Use the HP Support Assistant to verify if you have BIOS updates. What BIOS version do you currently have?
