Bonjour,

 

Défaut de l'alimentation secteur.

Le LED blanc clignote 8 fois au branchement du bloc d'alimentation secteur puis s'éteint.

Il me reste 8 % de batterie !

 

J'ai testé un deuxième bloc d'alimentation HP (j'ai deux Portables HP). Même réaction.

 

J'en déduit que cela vient bien du portable puisque les deux blocs fonctionnent correctement sur le second portable HP.

 

J'ai testé avec l'outil de diagnostic HP :

 

Alimentation secteur : échec, en me demandant trois fois de brancher une alimentation secteur, preuve que celui-ci n'est pas reconnu par le PC.

 

Battery : success

 

Il me reste un mois de garantie ! J'ai fait une requête mais je pense qu'il va me falloir envoyer le PC.

comment cela se passe t il ? 

Je ne dispose plus de l'emballage et du carton d'origine...

Mains supply fault.

The white LED flashes 8 times when the power supply unit is connected and then goes out.

I have 8% battery left!

I tested a second HP power supply (I have two HP Laptops). Same reaction.

I deduce that this comes from the laptop since the two blocks work correctly on the second HP laptop.

I tested with the HP diagnostic tool:

Mains supply: failure, asking me three times to connect a mains supply, proof that it is not recognized by the PC.
Battery: success

I have one month of warranty left! I made a request but I think I will have to send the PC.

how is it going ?

I no longer have the original packaging and box ...
