Can you tell me what is the Part number of RAM and RAM modules of HP Dragonfly G4 Product.

My device id is: 6q261av

my device has RAM problem and I must buy a correct RAM modules.

and Can you tell me how many Modules should I change to solve this problem?

If your PC's memory is not working, you need a new motherboard.

 

Virtually nothing can be removed or replaced in that model series, except the M.2 NVMe SSD.

6q261av is part for 32GB of RAM

which is N/A from HP Parts Store. From its manual

You have to buy the whole system board BECAUSE RAM is soldered to ịt as mentioned on page 1. Page 62 gives part number for each system board.
