In my laptop, only two drives are given - c drive(Windows 450 GB) and D drive ( Recovery 15 GB). For this I was trying to make partition of the c drive which is 450 GB (237 GB free) into two part 250 GB and 200 GB, but on the process the system is showing me that i can only make new drive of 86 GB of storage and the old drive will be around 360 GB. I wanted 250 GB old drive and 200 GB new drive. Help me folks please.

Give us a screenshot of the disk management application so we can see how your partitions are configured. You are not going to be able to make a partition which is only going to leave a small free space. You are using 213 gigs now on C so if you try to cut the partition down to 250 gigs it will only leave 37 gigs free and the OS is going to resist letting you do that. A third party partitioning tool may be more lenient.
