Lost 4 drivers, 2 PCI @ Unkown dev., encl proper hdware ids:
PCI\VEN_1180&DEV_0043&SYBSYS_30CF103C&REV_12, the snd. the same as minus - last 7, stops at 103C.
PCI\VEN_1180&DEV_0043&CC_0080000, the act 4th. s/as stops at 0080, no last 000. So there are [4] in #1.
#1 Pci;
PCI\VEN_1180&DEV_0052&SUBSYS_30CF103&REV_12. the snd. the same as minus - 7 digits.. or ending at 103.
PCI\VEN_1180&DEV_0052&CC_008000. the next dr, is all the same but ends 0080, so minus last 00.
So there are [4] D's in each Bus missing.
Theee are: [2] Unknowns, with [4] drivers in each...Unknown dev.
Ie: UNK. Dev.
PCI\VEN_1180&DEV_0022&SYBSYS_30CF103C&REV.22. the nxt. is similar..ending at C, so minus the last 7 digits.
PCI\DEV_1180&DEV_022&CC_000500. the nxt. is similar at to 05, exluding the last 00, ie; 2 digits. So there are also [4] drivers missing.
#4: last one:
PC\VEN_1180&DEV-0032&SUBSYS_30CF103C&REV_05. the other drvr. is similar/same except, ends 3C, exl. the 7 digits. Therefore 2 drivers.
Sec. part diff; PCI\VEN_1180&DEV_0032&CC_040010. the sec. drv. similar except last 2 digits..'10', soends at '0400'.
Again: 4 PCI> or 2 + 2 PCI & 2 Unkw's. each has des. 4 drvrs. each.
So: missing 16 drivers, but you might need only the longest hw.dware iDS. I dnk.
Most curious, when Notebook upraded Vista to Win 7.x64 O/S.
Many Thanx, for all the help.
I really appreciate it.
I luv. this old HP Notebook.
Not recogning my cd/dvd player, yet the Msft. media Plyr. actually wks. So I'm thinking that is: mechanical, to be replaced, we shall see later.
signed Sam Scott
Do you still utilize the former Vista.

The dv65xxx series has gone into legacy mode and there is no longer a driver download page on this site.
Try this driver
ftp://ftp.hp.com/pub/softpaq/sp46501-47000/sp46972.exe

VEN_1180 is Ricoh and Ricoh makes the card reader. It is a multifunction device so shows up as more than one thing in device manager.
If it is not seeing the CD drive and now not seeing the Card Reader, this is the way the motherboards on this model begin to fail.
However, you can try reinstalling the Card reader driver. Do you have the Intel or AMD version of the dv9500?

HI: I am not having very good luck in this forum, trying to resurect my HP Pav. dv9500, how wld. I know if the notebooks syst., no lng. uses vista, at it WAS upgraded 8 yrs. ago to win7, hp sp1, x64, on Intel.
SO natch the new default is NOt vista but W-HP, correct.
I'm on Intel.
It was suggested: I try to reinstall as well: The card reader driver.
But never suggested how to ID that, not so easy.
As this is plug'd. into the Motherboard, & often the first indicator, the old decade Pav. Notebook is starting to GO awry.
As I'm missing now ie: D/Mgr. those 4 PCI drivers. The CD pyr. formerly the as well Controller- video/med, but act can't even loc. that now.
So, is what YOU saying guys, this is my last shot.
I'd paid for driver finder, to no avaiul uninstalled that, a waste of money.
Whereis: the card read driver to re-install, In the sec. ATA....
Need assistance.

Hello Huffer: many Thanx, you prev. offered me these drivers, under SAM Scott, my lovely old [13yrs.] HP Notebook & ask'd, it's AMD Turion 64x2 Mob. Tech, TL-58 190GHz, Ram 2GB, Win. 7 sp1, ..
A yr. ago or so, I uninstalled the PCI drvrs. by accident. I think I got them back with your prev. offer, but this sec. time they didn't re-install.
So, it's then more than just my memory card, [pics] that don't work, right.
I know about Ricoh, of course.
That=SD-MS/Pro.MMC.XD, does not work.
But I have a gaget, that thru USB slot, is functional for pictures, re camera. But it wld. be nice to get it back properly.
You ment. prev. this is the act of a dying Notebook, so to speak.
I def. Hope NOT.
I luv this thing. I have 3 other PC's.
2 Desktop's all ok 1 a HP 6, & 6 yr. Tower. The other a12 yr. Lenovo. And a still boxed nice Acer.
My multiple Monitors are nice HP's.
I luv HP, really.
And very sentimental over the 9lbr., Note Pav. dv9500.
Of course I know it a legasy sit's.
My CD plyr. won't open, excp. by a pin insert, that ok c'est la vie. USB is the name of the game to-day.
I do get some red squiggly lines, on faces, pics, on the Int. only occassionaly, so that as well, cld. be another sign, you [Huffer] refer to in proposed failure, I DNK.
I sort of doubt it, have very, very serious+++ FAITH, in this HP - product, it's "FAR":, from giving up the GHOST.
I might give it too a tech kid, not just NOW
But it can be time consuming, right, I I sort of do not wish to spend $300. on tech fee's, for what purpose.
Disposable, not quite yet.
So a challenge.
it\\\ not tkg. your Ricoh drivers, but I think I had them on your prev. response, got ahead of myself, thkg. we cld. dupe it easily again.
Of course I still maintain, on my d/l's, the prev. HP drivers, sent to me thru this forum.
it's been a previous BLAST+++, wkg. with several, very Good Guy's, in this manner.
I'm age 82+, sort of savvy in these matters, never took a lesson.
recal, the earlier tech help of PCMag, & some of those early days, 1 chap.
Lovely, Lovely MAN, miss HIM. called himself, Fieldmarchall. Passed on, think He was from NYC.
Help'd me so much, back earliest days, of PC's. Do def. recall HIM, gave et al, Xmas Eve, his VS. of a 'Egg Nog', recipe.
Now, really, wasn't that isn't that something special
I'm from good old CA - no calif. canada, N. eh.
Good day Huffer. k +
