Pavilion 15
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have an HP PAVILION model 15-au063nr and the battery in now not charging more than 32%.

I have follow some recommendation to use the HP utility tools and also I have opened the plastic housing to disconnect the battery and the push the power button for some time. I have also updated the BIOS and nothing has worked.

Now the last thing I want to try is replace the battery, however when I go to the HP parts store I'm getting this message:

741976-001   This part is not yet available for purchase.
Real Time Clock (RTC) Battery (Not the Regular Lithium Battery)
RoHS: COMPLY_2.05

So now what should I do to fix my laptop?

Any help?
