32g or 64g?
I just ordered a new Pavilion 15T-EG300 i7-1360p
hp docs say 32g max
I see one for sale at a large online retailer configured with 64g
are the docs just not up to date?
thank you!

Hi, @ram-bunctious
In many cases, HP just tests PC's with a certain amount of memory.
They may actually be able to support more than what the service manual indicates.
After you get the PC, run this command to see how much memory the PC can support:
1. In the search box, search for cmd and click Run as administrator.
This will open the command prompt.
2. After the command prompt is opened, type wmic memphysical get maxcapacityEx and hit enter.
There, it will show the maximum RAM capacity your PC's motherboard can support.
The capacity is shown as Kilobytes, so you have to convert it to Gigabytes by dividing the number provided in the report by 1,048,576.
The Crucial memory report for that model series indicates the max memory is 2 x 32 GB.
