Subject: Inquiry About External Battery Model for HP Pavilion 17-ab431ng

I own an HP Pavilion Notebook 17-ab431ng (Serial Number: 5CD8418SR2).

This laptop uses an external/removable battery, but mine is missing.

I would like to know the exact original battery model and specifications that come with this laptop.

 

Please provide me with the following details:

Official HP battery part number (P/N)

Battery voltage (V)

Number of cells (4-cell or 6-cells

 

I need to purchase the correct and compatible battery

According to chapter 3, page 26 of the service manual, all models in the series use this battery part number and description:

 

Battery, 6 cell 62 WH 2.8 Ah LI   HP part # 849911-850

 

NB_MSG_Parfait_1_4_Win10_855133-004
