HP does not have the right motherboard linked to your PC's support page, or they failed to update the processor upgrade information.

If you look at the motherboard specs, it indicates the best processor you can install would be the Intel Core i7-8700T.
But your PC already has an Intel i5-9400T processor.
I found a similar model with the same motherboard model as yours and has the same motherboard model on the specs page.

The above model sold in France came with an Intel i7-9700T processor, so you should be able to upgrade to that one.
