Wanting to upgrade the RAM on my HP Pavilion x360 14-cd1008ca - What is the max RAM capacity and are there compatibility concerns I need to be aware of before purchasing one?

Here is the Service Manual:

Memory is DDR4-2400 SO-DIMM. There are two slots. Yours has one slot with an 8 gig module and one open. The Manual says 12 gb is the max but this is incorrect. It could take 32 gigs or a pair of 16 gb modules. However, adding an 8 gb to the existing configuration should be plenty.
