Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have a Pavilion DM4, and there is no Bluetooth in the device manager.

HP has no drivers for windows 10.

I showed hidden devices and it's not there either.

Any idea what I should try?

Hi:

There is no Bluetooth because the Intel Centrino Wireless -N1000 is not a combination Wi-Fi/Bluetooth adapter.

Intel® Centrino® Wireless-N 1000, Single Band

Networking Specifications

Integrated Bluetooth   No

If you post the hardware ID's for those unknown devices, I will post the 2 links to the drivers you need for those.

Use this guide for how to find the hardware ID for a device:

Let me know what model Intel processor your notebook has, and I will post the link to the PCI Simple Communications Controller driver.

They are all different based on what processor and chipset the notebook has.

If you need Bluetooth, your only option on that model would be to buy a USB Bluetooth adapter, since the DM4 model series has a BIOS whitelist which blocks the installation of any other model Wi-Fi card from working but the one that came with your notebook.
