HP Pavilion g6-1d21dx Notebook PC
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

HP Pavilion g6-1d21dx Notebook PC will not boot up.

Computer had not been powered up or used since 2/1/2022

Power light flashes white when battery is installed.

Power light is on solid when battery is removed.

In either case, trying to start turns power light off and there is no indication of any activity on the screen or keyboard.

Have tried holding power switch down for extended periods without battery or power attached with same result.

I see that your HP notebook does not power on.

I suggest that you follow the steps listed below to perform a hard reset on the unit.
1> Turn off the laptop, disconnect the power adapter.
2> Press and hold the F6 and power button for 20 seconds.
3> Then connect the power cable back and try turning on the laptop.
