Pavilion 15
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

From the first day when I opened it (bought it brand new) the screen was freezing.

I always update drivers, etc. Lately, every two days the laptop sticks. I am not sure what is going on 😕

It might be a hardware or motherboard issue.

I work remotely and utilize it for my work. I asked for replacement from the first moment, however, the company which have bought it, didn't help me. As the time is passing, more issues are arising. I bought it 3 months ago.

@Stephania, Welcome to the HP Support Community!

I understand the computer is slow and freezes affecting the performance. To assist you better, does this happens while you use a specific application or a game?

Let us perform the steps mentioned in this document - Advanced Computer Lock Up or Freeze Troubleshooting

Here, by running a hardware diagnostics test, we will get to know if there is an issue with any hardware component.

Hope this helps! Keep me posted.
