Afternoon,
I have a Pavilion laptop 15-cw1511sa.
There is 6 months remaining on the warranty having bought it in August 2019.
I am having issues with the battery. I have run a battery check and it came back ok however when plugged in to charge it comes up;
"76% available (Plugged in, not charging)"
I cant seem to fully charge the battery. It never gets past 80%. I have tried using different household plugs but it doesn't help.
Is this a battery issue or a simple fix ? Any help appreciated as it's taking the enjoyment away from my laptop.
