STRONGLY SUGGEST EVERYONE NOT TO BUT HP PRODUCT ANYMORE, THE SUPPORT SERVICE IS EXTREMELY SLOW, THE SIMILAR ISSUE IS OBSERVED ON ALL THE MODEL, KEYWORD SEARCH FOR MOTHERBOARD FAILURE, SUDDEN SHUTDOWN, ALL THE ISSUE OBSERVED AS EARLY AS SINCE 2016, HP NEVER IMPROVE ANYTHING WITH THAT LUXURY PRODUCT PRICE WITH POOR QUALITY.

- By digital multimeter (JIS/JEDEC standard)
- When battery reached 81% stated, pack voltage = 13.04V
- When battery reached 100% stated, pack voltage = 13.04V
- The actual pack voltage is stable at 13.04V is it normal? (My laptop is a 3-cells battery pack with nominal voltage 11.55V)
- For li-ion battery pack voltage, should be not more than 4.2500V MAX
- But the actual pack voltage I get is 4.34667V per cell, is it accepted?

- Internal built-in protection false tripping?
- Thermal sensor false tripping?
- Zener diodes false tripping?
- Undetectable software failures:
- Are PCI/PCIe drivers incompatible?
- BIOS preset?
- Battery calibration?
- M.2 SSD preset?
HP please advise the solution!
