hi! I bought my pavilion laptop (serial number [Personal Information Removed], 11th gen Intel core i7- 1165G7 @ 2.80GHz, 16GB RAM and Intel Iris Xe) a few months ago, and lately I've been trying to play some MMORPGS on it, ffxiv in particular, and the game always freezes and disconnects whenever I try and run a dungeon... which is the main reason why I play this game... my old crusty 8year old Envy laptop with less flashy specs used to handle this game just fine so I'm confused as to why it doesn't want to work...Not to mention that this game should able to run on less...I've tried looking at the task manager and it seems to be something with the GPU... its always maxed out... nothing else running on the background, latest drivers installed. Tried taking the graphics settings all the way down and that didn't help either... only made the game look nasty... I'm at a loss
