Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hi

I have a 3 years old HP Pavilion x360 laptop(Model # 14-BA073TX).Recently,I upgraded the PC with SSD all by myself. But the battery is dropping from directly 30/40% to 0 without any notification.I am suspecting the battery to be faulty but the HP battery diagnostic test is returning no error.I don't have any service center near me & i want to change the battery. The battery model is showing BK03041XL in the battery ID field as reported by MS powercfg -energy command. Is BK03XL battery compatible with this laptop??Please reply....

Hi, if you want more informations about your battery, you can retry the test when your battery is below 90% of charge, and paste me all your details results.

For replace your battery, you need to respect this HP reference: 916811-855

It is very recommended to use an original HP battery, but I don't know official parts store in India..

If you can buy to an American store: http://www.itpas.com/hp-battery-3c-41whr-36ah-li-bk03041xl-pr-oem-916811-855.html

If I have been answer to your question please accept it as a solution 🙂

Hello, if it is written 916366-421 in your battery you need to use this reference to buy a new battery.

You can buy in any website but it is recommand to use original HP parts. If you use a battery from an other brander your PC risks to can't use this battery (safety mode).
