Hi, I would like to know if usb-c 3.1 gen 1 of Pavilion x360 14 ba008nl has alt mode (DP or HDMI).
Hdmi dongle (not HP) doesn't work and there isn't nothing in tech specs of notebook.
please don't reply with generic usb-c specs.
HP Pavilion USB-C™ to HDMI 2.0 Adapter should works? And if Yes it depends on alt mode?
Thanks

Your machine has the followng ports
1 USB 3.1 Type-C™ Gen 1 (Data Transfer up to 5 Gb/s);
2 USB 3.1 Gen 1 (Data transfer only);
1 HDMI;
1 headphone/microphone combo.
Its specs

No, it won't work because USB Type-C port supporting data transfer only, not for DP, not fro HDMI.
and the HDMI v1.4 supporting up to 1920×1080 @ 60Hz only.
Regards.
