I am trying to connect my HP pavilion x360 to a wired ethernet connection and it says it has an RJ-45 (LAN) port, but the port is much too small for a regular ethernet cord. So there must be an adapter right?! I can't find anywhere what adapter it is! Any help is appreciated!

Hi,
What is the model/product of your machine ? You may have to open the cover or try
https://www.anker.com/products/A7514041
That gives you 2 more USB 3.0 ports. I actually use it for my machines.
Regards.

The product number is T5M33AV and there is a link to it below. There is a small ethernet port I would like to use but if I can't figure it out, I will try the ethernet to USB adapter. Do those USB adapters work well and have a secure connection?
