Intel(R) Core(TM) i5-8300H CPU @ 2.30GHz 2.30 GHz

According to intel i can upgrade my ram to 64gb ddre-2666
Is this correct?  In some hp forums  some people say that the ram i can upgrade is just 16gb.

You could go up to 64 GB but I think it will be very unstable, I recommend a maximum of 32 GB DDR4-2666.

because it is necessary to find the right memory to reach 64 GB, and probably the HP SMBIOS has restrictions in the BIOS to reach 64 GB of ram. not in all computers the efficiency is given by putting more memory, in many cases the efficiency is worse.
