Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 IOT

I have only had my laptop for two years max, and i am having not only battery issues but my screen has started popping out. I have read these are all manufacturing issues with this laptop and is nothing on me. Lots of people are having the same two issues im having and I cant find any paperwork with warranty information. Since the product is DEFECTIVE I shouldnt need a warranty as ive done no damage to the computer. HP needs to fix this and take responsibility for making a product with so many issues as I cant afford to buy a new laptop, Im in college and do everything online my laptop is necessary to continuing my education. If any represenative can help me I would be so thankful.
