Pen missing from HP Spectre x360

Hello, friends! 
Yesterday I bought HP Spectre x360 in Vienna, Austria. When I opened the box at home, I discovered that there was NO PEN! I watched all the unboxing videos on YouTube and all of them showed a pen! I called MediaMarkt but they don't speak good English to elaborate, but what I gather is for some countries they do not include a pen. Is that correct? Has anyone dealt with something like this before? Please help.

I'm sorry, but we have no information at all regarding what accessories are included by some resellers and not included by others.
